Here’s a lovely new resource from our good friend Pete Wells. Targeted at older SLD / MLD students, this resource talks through some of the changes that happen to young people as they go through puberty. The resource features an interactive Powerpoint file for your white board plus a full set of teaching notes.

You may also want to take a look at the puberty resource, ‘Changing Bodies’ from Nick Wonham. Nick is a skilled teacher and illustrator who produces some of the best whiteboard resources which include full teaching notes for children with moderate, severe and complex needs.
